Our Company Policy

Clementina’s Collection (CC) reserves the right to make all sales purchased as final. There are no refunds and exchanges. CC is not liable for any products damaged by USPS or any delivery service company.

In the event your products are damaged, lost, or stolen, please submit a claim with USPS. All items will have insurance to be claimed with the shipping carrier.

We take great pride in handcrafting all of our products.

Shipping

As a consumer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct mailing address for your purchased products. Please double check the address before submitting the order. CC is not liable for goods sent to the wrong address. If you notice the incorrect address within 2 hours, please send an email with your order number. Once an order is submitted, it will be fulfilled within two to three days. You may receive a package within 2-4 business days. All packages are shipped USPS priority. Subject to changes at any time.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to the email on file.
